Country Side Movers Refund Policy

At Country Side Movers, we strive to provide exceptional moving services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your move. This Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding refunds.

1. Cancellations

Advance Notice

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to the scheduled moving date, you will be eligible for a full refund of any deposits or prepayments made.

Short Notice

  • Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled moving date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of any deposits or prepayments made.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled moving date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling

  • Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your move at no additional cost if you notify us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled moving date.
  • Late Rescheduling Fee: Rescheduling requests made within 2 days of the scheduled moving date may incur a fee of $50.

3. Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with our services or if there are any issues during the move, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a partial or full refund, or offering a discount on future services.

4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Deposits

In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for moves scheduled during peak seasons. This will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Force Majeure

Country Side Movers is not liable for any refunds if the move is delayed or canceled due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other force majeure events.
