Booking

- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Country Side Movers.
Payment

- A payment of 25% must be made prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made [X days] prior to the scheduled move date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within [X days] of the move date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days of cancellation.
- Any deposits paid are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to handle your belongings with the utmost care, Country Side Movers is not liable for any loss or damage to items unless caused by our negligence.
- Our liability for any claim arising out of the performance or non-performance of our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Insurance
- We recommend that you obtain insurance coverage for your belongings during the move. We can provide information about third-party insurance providers upon request.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and labeled unless you have requested our packing services.
- You must inform us of any items that require special handling or are of extraordinary value.
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for moving, such as parking permits.
7. Prohibited Items
- We do not move hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or any items that are considered unsafe or unlawful to transport.
- You must disclose any items that fall into these categories before the move.
